Spring Leaf Solutions, LLC is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead day-to-day operations of outpatient behavioral health and substance use services in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on providing leadership, supervision, and operational support to clinical staff across Recovery Support Services, ASAM Level 1 Outpatient, and Level 2.1 IOP programs under the Clinical Director.

• Coordinate daily clinical operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Monitor program capacity, clinician productivity, and service utilization.
• Support implementation of new clinical initiatives and organizational priorities.
• Ensure continuity of care and efficient service delivery.
