Job summary

Spring Leaf Solutions Llc in Washington, DC is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee outpatient behavioral health and substance use services. You will lead and supervise clinical staff, coordinate operations, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care across Recovery Support Services and ASAM programs.

Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will ensure policy compliance, drive staff development, manage scheduling and performance evaluations, and collaborate with partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current unrestricted clinical license appropriate to the services provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of outpatient behavioral health and ASAM Level 1/2.1 programs.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, workflow, and program operations.
• Monitor clinician productivity, service utilization, and chart quality.
• Conduct routine supervision meetings, evaluations, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and payer requirements.
• Lead discharge planning, referrals, and collaboration with partners.
