Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Clinical Manager (BCBA) to lead care teams supporting children and adults with autism. You will develop and oversee ABA-based interventions, coordinate with families, and ensure high-quality service delivery across multiple sites.

The role requires strong clinical leadership, supervision of staff, and adherence to HIPAA and BACB ethics. Full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in a related field and BCBA/BCBA-D in good standing.
• Three years of experience with autism and experience administering standard assessments.
• Minimum BACB coursework units and demonstrated ABA supervision skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that empower clients to achieve greater independence, enhance communication and social skills, and improve overall quality of life.
• Administer assessments such as VB-MAPP, SSIS, FAST, Skills Streaming and EFL.
• Design and implement data collection procedures to track client progress and modify interventions.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Program Supervisors and RBTs in ABA concepts.
• Conduct fidelity checks and performance reviews, providing coaching to maximize team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to extend ABA techniques to the home.
• Manage client documentation and submit progress reports to insurance providers.
