Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Clinical Manager and BCBA leader to guide ABA teams serving children and young adults with ASD. You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services across multiple sites.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a related field is required.
BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
Three years of autism-related experience with VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R/AFLS/Essentials for Living.
Two+ years leading staff in supervision and development.
Experience implementing ABA and data-driven treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote independence and communication.
Supervise, train, and mentor Program Supervisors and Registered Behavior Technicians.
Conduct fidelity checks and performance reviews with coaching feedback.
Design data collection to track progress and modify interventions.
Manage client documentation and submit progress reports to insurers.
Collaborate with families and other providers to apply ABA at home.
