Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in Braintree, Massachusetts, is seeking a Clinical Manager. You will oversee a team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and develop effective behavior intervention programs. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a positive therapeutic environment.

As Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, ensuring compliance with standards, and engaging with clients and their families. The position offers a full-time Monday-Friday schedule, comprehensive benefits including medical and dental insurance, and ample PTO.

Qualifications

  • Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • 3+ years of experience with children/adolescents/adults with special needs.
  • Clinical expertise in behavioral intervention strategies.

Position Description
  • Supervision and Leadership: Oversee and guide a team of BCBAs, providing mentorship, support, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Program Development: Design and implement effective, ethical behavior intervention programs tailored to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring clinical integrity and highest quality of care.
  • Clinical Oversight: Conduct regular assessments and analyses to monitor progress, making data-driven decisions to enhance intervention strategies.
  • Staff Development: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the clinical team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of services, promoting a holistic approach to client care.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Client and Family Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients and their families, serving as a point of contact for addressing concerns, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive therapeutic experience.

Location and Hours

Clinical Managers work in the Center Monday–Friday and work 40+ hours per week.

Required Experience and Education
  • Obtained certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Leadership experience highly preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs as a BCBA; exceptions may be made.
  • Clinical expertise in appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
  • Proficiency in technology such as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
  • Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on feet as well as lift children to 50 lbs. on occasion.

Note: This role requires the ability to spend a significant amount of time crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
