Job summary

NHC HomeCare Tallahassee is seeking a Clinical Manager to join our team. The Clinical Manager/Director of Nursing is a Registered Nurse who oversees all patient care services and personnel in the HomeCare agency.

We want an energetic, sharp RN who loves people and wants to help our agency provide excellent care. Requirements include an unencumbered RN license, at least three years of RN experience (home care preferred), and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of employment or compact state.
• Minimum three years experience as a Registered Nurse, with home experience preferred.
• Minimum one year's supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Committed to helping meet patient goals.
• Valid Driver's License, car insurance, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and maintaining the best clinical staff.
• Coordinating referrals and ongoing care with patients, caregivers, hospitals and physicians, and clinicians.
• Providing care as needed, but mainly ensuring staff availability to provide that care.
• Educating and monitoring care provided.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Administrator/Director of Services.
