Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Orange Park, FL is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a clinical team delivering high-quality home health services. You will supervise staff, ensure Medicare/compliance, and drive outcomes in a fast-growing organization.

The role emphasizes leadership with support, collaboration with physicians, and coaching clinicians for professional development. Local travel and a schedule Monday–Friday office-based are expected.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar)
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to travel locally as needed to support clinical operations

Responsibilities

Your Role as Clinical Manager (RN)

As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee clinical operations and ensure patients receive high-quality, compliant home health services.

Schedule

Monday–Friday leadership role (primarily office-based)
