Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a dedicated home health clinical team and ensure Medicare and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality patient care. You will supervise staff, optimize clinical operations, and work with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to drive outcomes.

This role features a Monday–Friday schedule and bonus opportunities. You will coach clinicians, review documentation for compliance, and advance quality

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care/med-surg/ICU/ER or similar.
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support home health clinical staff.
• Review documentation to ensure Medicare and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor quality of care and patient outcomes; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coach clinicians to support professional development and clinical excellence.

Your Role as Clinical Manager (RN)

As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee clinical operations and ensure patients receive high-quality, compliant home health services.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting home health clinical staff

Schedule

Monday–Friday leadership role (primarily office-based)

• Active, unencumberedFlorida RN license

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to travel locally as needed to support clinical operations
