Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license.

- At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and regulatory standards.
- Review documentation for accuracy and quality (including OASIS).
- Monitor patient outcomes and drive performance improvements.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Coach clinicians for professional growth and clinical excellence.
- Ensure agency policies and standards are consistently followed.
