Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager in California to lead an interdisciplinary hospice care team and champion clinical excellence. The role targets a compassionate RN leader who mentors staff while delivering high-quality hospice and palliative care.

You will coach staff, oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in QAPI initiatives. The position requires leadership experience and California RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license.
• BSN required.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of hospice, home health, palliative care, or related experience.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare leadership or supervisory experience.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support an interdisciplinary hospice care team.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to clinical staff.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, and workload distribution.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, regulatory, and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
• At least 1 year of hospice, home health, palliative care, or related experience
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of hospice and palliative care, pain and symptom management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Preferred Qualifications
• Previous hospice leadership or clinical management experience
• Knowledge of Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission standards, and California hospice regulations
• Experience with Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI)
• Spanish language skills are a plus
