Job summary

Noland Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Alabama to contribute to nursing assessments, patient admissions, and the development of the Nursing Care Plan.

Under RN supervision, you will administer nursing care, monitor patients, and provide education to patients and families. The role includes phlebotomy, IV therapy, EKG monitoring, and assisting with discharge planning, ensuring safety and quality of care in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as an LPN by the State of Alabama.
• Minimum of one year hospital experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to nursing assessment by collecting, reporting, and recording objective and subjective data.
• Monitors and reports changes in patient condition and signs of deviations from normal health status.
• Participates in development and modification of the Nursing Care Plan.
• Documents involvement of patient/family in the medical record.
• Administers medications in accordance with policies and legal limitations.
