Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contributes to nursing assessment by collecting, reporting, and recording objective and subjective data.
• Observes and reports changes in condition and signs of deviations from normal health status.
• Participates in development and modification of the Nursing Care Plan using collected data.
• Documents patient/family/significant other involvement in medical records.
• Assists with discharge planning and performs assigned nursing procedures for patient comfort.
