Responsibilities

• Contributes to nursing assessment by collecting, reporting, and recording data.
• Monitors and records vital signs and reports abnormalities.
• Assists with discharge planning and nursing care plan development.
• Performs phlebotomy and collects laboratory specimens.
• Administers medications in accordance with policies and documents reactions.
• Assists with endotracheal or nasopharyngeal care and other nursing procedures.
