Job summary

Genentech, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to ensure clinical drug products are received, stored, and shipped safely and efficiently within a cGMP environment. You will manage inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and support international shipments with hazardous materials documentation.

The role requires a High School Diploma with 5+ years in logistics or warehouse roles, proficiency with RF scanners and WMS, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Occasional overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with 5+ years of logistics/warehouse experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse workflows and RF scanner technology.
• Ability to work in a team, meet TSA background checks, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, dispense, store, and distribute finished goods, WIP, and packaging components.
• Prepare and process domestic and international clinical shipments, incl. hazardous materials and samples.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and tracking in WMS/RF systems.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and keep warehouse audit-ready.
• Coordinate destruction of rejected/expired products per SOPs and retention schedules.
