Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Senior Pharmaceutical Material Sampling Specialist to drive material logistics and cleanroom sampling in a cGMP setting. You will ensure product quality, safety, and inspection readiness while supporting ongoing improvements.

You will handle receiving, quarantine, storage, distribution, and reporting, using SAP, LIMS, and EDMS to maintain accurate records and drive operational excellence. Relocation benefits available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 2+ years in operations, analytics, or supply chain.
• Experience in biotech/pharma or chemical manufacturing environments.
• Comfort with cleanroom protocols and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end material handling and sampling per SOPs.
• Prepare cleanroom, manage enclosures, and sample unreleased materials.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks and maintain readiness.
• Maintain electronic/physical records across SAP, LIMS, EDMS.
• Perform inventory management, cycle counts, and shipments.
• Generate reports, track metrics, and support quality events.
