Job summary

F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of finished goods and WIP, including packaging components, within a cGMP environment.

You will process domestic and international clinical shipments, ensure inventory accuracy, and operate material handling equipment in a compliant, audit-ready facility. Qualifications include a High School Diploma with 5+ years in logistics, knowledge of RF scanners and WMS, and the ability to meet TSA/CCSP

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with 5+ years of logistics/warehouse experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse workflows and RF scanner technology.
• Experience with inventory databases and cross-functional teamwork.
• Willingness to meet TSA background check and CCSP requirements.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, dispense, store, and distribute finished goods, WIP, and packaging components.
• Prepare and process domestic and international shipments, including hazmat and samples.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and RFID/WMS tracking.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely; keep storage areas audit-ready.
• Coordinate destruction of rejected, returned, or expired products per SOPs.
