Job summary

Qualifications

• Active licensure as RN or RT in Indiana.
• Minimum hands-on clinical experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.
• Ability to educate physicians and discharge planners about AMG’s services.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate referred patients for clinical appropriateness.
• Educate physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals about AMG’s services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners.
• Identify patients who may benefit from long-term acute care hospital services.
• Support timely communication and a smooth referral and admission process.
• Help increase appropriate referrals, admissions, and hospital census.
• Manage and grow an assigned territory.
