Select Specialty Hospital - Miami, part of Select Medical, is seeking a Clinical Liaison (RN or RT/RRT) to advocate for referred patients in the pre-admission process and coordinate care plans with physicians and families. The role emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish skills and a Tue–Sat schedule with a generous bonus program.

You will serve as a resource for healthcare professionals, facilitate patient transfers, and address barriers to accessing post-ICU care, partnering with clinical teams

Qualificações

• RN (or RT) license required; other designations considered on review.
• Ability to complete clinical assessments of medically complex patients.

Responsabilidades

• Plan continuum of care with physicians, discharge planners, and families after ICU or post-surgical stays.
• Counsel patients’ families to support informed care decisions.
