Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Miami is seeking a Clinical Liaison (RN preferred) for a full-time Tuesday–Saturday 8 AM–5 PM schedule. The base salary ranges from $74,000 to $95,000 per year, and a generous monthly bonus plan accompanies the role.

You’ll advocate for referred patients in pre-admission, coordinate care plans with physicians and families, and help with transfers from ICU or post-surgical stays, working with discharge planners and care teams to remove barriers to specialized post-ICU

Qualifications

• RN license or equivalent (RT, LPN, PT, OT considered).
• Ability to perform clinical assessments of medically complex patients.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for referred patients in pre-admission, coordinating with clinical teams.
• Counsel patients' families and coordinate care plans with physicians.
• Collaborate with case managers to facilitate transfers and remove barriers to care.
• Plan continuum of care after ICU or post-surgical stays with the healthcare team.
