Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Clinical Liaison to join our team. The role focuses on integrating patient care and coordinating clinical initiatives between clinics and Lumicera Health Services, driving program development and ongoing monitoring.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (some college preferred) and pharmacy support experience; CPhT is preferred. Work hours are 8:30–5:00 with occasional early/late shifts, and remote work is available for select U.S. states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, some college preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• Minimum of two years pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled hours; shifts may vary; hours 8am–7pm Mon–Thu and 8am–6pm Fri.

Responsibilities

• Work with clinical and administrative departments to foster collaboration for Lumicera Health Services and SSM Specialty Pharmacy.
• Act as liaison between medical staff, outpatient pharmacies, insurance providers, and patients to enhance continuity of care.
• Communicate prescription, insurance, and financial needs to pharmacists, providers, and billing staff.
• Coordinate and support educational activities as requested.
• Interact with clinic staff and external payers, manufacturers, and PBMs to ensure smooth operations.
