Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred.
• CPhT certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years pharmacy support or healthcare environment experience.
• Hours of operation: 8am–7pm Mon–Thu, 8am–6pm Fri.
• Adherence to compliance objectives and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Work with clinical and administrative teams to foster collaboration for Lumicera Health Services and SSM Specialty Pharmacy.
• Serve as liaison between medical staff, outpatient pharmacies, insurers and patients to improve communication and continuity of care.
• Communicate prescription, insurance and financial needs to pharmacists, providers and patients.
• Coordinate and support educational activities as requested.
• Interact with clinic staff and external partners while maintaining legal and ethical standards.
