Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensure preferred, but not required, except where mandated in the state in which employment occurs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Five to seven years of recent clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the patient referral process from review through acceptance to ensure smooth admissions.
• Establish relationships with hospital referral sources and decision-makers; target 5–10 new contacts per month.
• Communicate the nursing center's clinical strengths to hospitals to drive referrals.
• Achieve a conversion rate of 60%+ for appropriate referrals and drive improvements over 90–120 days.
• Develop and execute a market strategy plan with data analytics to exceed admissions and sales goals (>=5% increase per period).
