Job summary

Dasco HME LLC is seeking a Clinical Liaison (CRT, RRT) for part-time/contract work across hospital and home settings in New Hampshire. The role emphasizes patient education, clinical support, NIV services, and care coordination to ensure safe use of home respiratory equipment.

Responsibilities include in-person and telehealth education, equipment setup, and collaboration with physicians to support continuity of care. Travel to clinics and patient homes is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Professional licensure or certification such as Sleep Tech, Certified, Registered or Licensed Respiratory Therapist, LPN or RN.
• Six months’ experience in a clinical services role.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on diagnoses, personal care, symptom recognition, equipment use and maintenance, and other health topics via phone/Telehealth/in-person.
• Provides in-person clinical assistance to physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Conducts routine follow-up with patients in clinical, home, or hospital settings, including NIV follow-ups and phone communication with patients and caregivers.
• Performs NIV setups and home visits as needed; participates in on-call rotation per departmental requirements.
• Delivers and sets up respiratory equipment with comprehensive instruction to patients and caregivers.
