A leading youth services organization is seeking a full-time Clinical Case Manager/Educational Liaison to focus on clinical and educational advocacy for youths in a residential setting. This role includes conducting ongoing assessments and acting as a liaison to support students' learning needs by ensuring their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) are comprehensive. Availability during school hours is essential, alongside after-hours support. A Master's Degree and valid driver's license are required. Competitive benefits package included.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required for the Clinical Case Manager role.
• Successful completion of required trainings, including CPI, CPR, First Aid.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed.
