Job summary

Evolve Treatment Centers in Philadelphia is looking for a Clinical Liaison to facilitate the admission process and assist patients in adjusting to the detoxification program. Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments and providing information to patients and families to help them prepare for treatment.

Position Title: Clinical Liaison

Counselor Assistant Job Description

The purpose of the Clinical Liaison is to facilitate the admission process, answer inquiries and assist patients to adjust to the detoxification program routine. The Clinical Liaison documents the admission process into the medical record and provides clinical staff with information concerning the patient’s presentation and clinical needs at time of intake.

Clinical Liaison Duties / Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessment of patient problems and needs and report to clinical team to initiate treatment planning.
• Prioritize patient needs and issues related to patient orientation.
• Upon initial contact, provide information to patients and families to help them decide about treatment, prepare for admission, and what they can expect to encounter.
• Provide tours for prospective patients and their families as requested.

Clinical Liaison Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Human Services or Behavioral Health field.
• Intake and assessment experience preferred.

Clinical Liaison Schedule

• Full Time - 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Must be open to one weekend shift per week.

Clinical Liaison Compensation

• Hourly rate competitive with experience and location.
