Mesilla Valley Hospital seeks a Clinical Supervisor of Outpatient Services to lead development and implementation of its outpatient programs. The role oversees clinical and administrative functions, driving expansion of services under the CEO and CMO guidance to meet patient and community needs.

The supervisor ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and maintains quality care in behavioral health and substance abuse services, partnering with leadership to advance the hospital’s mission.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Two years in a leadership role; NM state licensure preferred.
