Job summary

PT Services Rehabilitation, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, treatment, and therapy services in clinical, educational, or home health settings.

You will work closely with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing. Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure; CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans.
• Assess and treat communication, language, articulation, voice, fluency, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and promote a safe treatment environment.
