Qualificações

• Current RN license in Georgia.
• BSN preferred; graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Clinical Nurse; 2 years as Charge Nurse preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Strong communication with physicians, patients and families.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership to the health care team with emphasis on patient care coordination and throughput.
• Participates in staff performance evaluation and orientation; ensures competency.
• Facilitates safe discharge planning and effective plans of care; monitors patient flow.
