Job summary

The Charge Nurse will respond to changing patient needs, manage staffing assignments, lead unit huddles, mentor staff, and serve as a liaison between patients and physicians or case management to optimize care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state RN license.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Leadership or charge-preceptor experience preferred.
• Commitment to continuing education as required.
