• Serve as charge nurse and operational leader for patient flow when not in an administrative role.
• Ensure the patient care plan and discharge plan are clearly communicated to patients, families and care teams.
• Collaborate with Clinical Intake and Navigation Center to optimize patient flow and staffing for current and upcoming shifts.
