Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent Health Medical Center is seeking a full-time RN for the 10-bed Nursing Progressive Care Step Down Unit. The role supports intermediate-level patient monitoring, prioritizes discharge planning, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team.

36 hours weekly, with a 7p schedule, offering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Candidates must hold a Georgia RN license; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with the Georgia State Board of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Clinical Nurse; 2 years preferred and 6 months as Charge Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the health care team with an emphasis on coordination of patient care and throughput; acts as clinical resource and discharge planner.
• Participates in staff evaluation, orientation, and ensures competency in unit practices.
