Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking an RN Clinical Expanded Role to serve as a specialty service line leader in a hospital setting. The role identifies and coordinates projects, provides clinical expertise, education, and research, acting as a change agent and clinical leader.

The RN will mentor staff, promote evidence-based practice, and work with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and standardize protocols while meeting licensure and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BSN from an accredited institution; must obtain BSN within four years of hire/promotion.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Unit-specific certifications (ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• One year of clinical nursing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide nursing staff.
• BSN required per 4/27/2025 update.

Aufgaben

• Provide expertise in specialty areas; participate in clinical programs and policy development; support standardization of care protocols.
• Educate and mentor nursing staff on best practices and new developments in the specialty area.
• Use research to improve nursing practice and develop care standards.
• Represent department on committees and coordinate with healthcare team to optimize patient care.
• Act as consultant and liaison to healthcare team, patients, families, and community.
• Promote evidence-based practices and stay current with latest research.
