Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks an RN Clinical Expanded Role with nights at Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT. You will serve as a specialty service line expert, lead clinical programs, educate teams, and drive evidence-based practice within your area of expertise.

The role emphasizes leadership, policy development, and collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

Current license to practice as an RN in state of practice.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree will be verified).
Must obtain BSN within four years of hire/promotion or have an education agreement in place.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers.
ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required within specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

Educate and mentor nursing staff and other healthcare professionals on best practices in the specialty area.
Provide clinical expertise and leadership to implement evidence-based care.
Consult and liaison with healthcare team, patients, families, and community to coordinate care.
Develop individualized care plans using assessment data and critical thinking.
Review patient responses and revise care plans as needed to meet goals.
