Optimal Care is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse Practitioner to partner with the Regional Practice Manager in overseeing the provider group across post-acute care settings. You will be the expert in Physician Services EMR, clinical workflows, and care pathways, guiding teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
This role offers no weekends, a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifikationen
- Must hold NP license and state certification.
- Experience in post-acute care settings preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and documentation requirements.
Aufgaben
- Expert within Physician Services EMR and internal operating systems.
- Advise providers on visit types, notes and care settings.
- Follow service line rules and pathways.
- Share responsibility with Regional Practice Manager for productivity.
- Develop orientation plans for newly hired providers.
- Oversee orientation for newly hired providers with Regional Practice Manager.
- Assist Regional Practice Manager in facility relationship management to grow practice.
- Support advancement within collaborative/Practice Agreement.
- Ensure organizational initiatives are implemented timely throughout the Practice.
