Job summary

NEUROLOGICAL ASSOCIATES OF TUCSON PC seeks a nonexempt professional to manage day-to-day MA workflow and training under the Director of Operations. You will ensure adherence to clinical protocols and deliver courteous, accurate patient service while supporting physicians in patient care.

You will supervise MA staff, contribute to workflow improvements, and help maintain HIPAA compliance and care quality in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; MA certification required.
• Minimum two years in a medical facility as a medical assistant.
• Current CPR certification and MA certification.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills patient care for assigned physician and areas as needed.
• Develops and monitors clinical and administrative workflows.
• Checks accuracy of MA work and communicates corrections.
• Serves as resource for staff on clinical protocols.
• Participates in quality improvement processes.
• Coordinates staff schedules with management and supports training.
