Lifetime Health and Wellness Center is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to deliver high‑quality patient care, coordinate daily clinical workflows, mentor peers, and support the care team in a family‑practice setting.

The role emphasizes hands‑on patient care, teamwork, and process improvement with no evenings or weekends. Ideal candidates have MA certification, CPR, and 1–3 years of healthcare experience.

Competenze

• Current Medical Assistant certification.
• 1–3 years of healthcare experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to coordinate workflows and support a collaborative team.
• Strong organization, judgment, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily workflows and coverage to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Serve as a clinical resource and peer mentor, supporting onboarding and training.
• Communicate priorities and elevate staffing or care concerns to leadership.
• Prepare patients for examinations and collect medical histories and vitals.
• Maintain examination rooms, instruments, supplies, equipment, and sterilization standards.
• Administer injections, draw blood, and support laboratory functions.
• Assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures.
• Coordinate tests, treatments, and follow-up needs.
• Model compliance with clinic policies, safety, and documentation standards.
• Identify workflow or training gaps and propose improvements.
