Job summary

Behavioral Health Response is seeking a Clinical Lead to guide the Justice and Crisis Response Unit (JCRU) clinicians in the community under supervision of the Clinical Manager. The role focuses on coaching, training, and ensuring compliance with 911 Diversion contracts and partnership requirements, with field training and deployment readiness.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 1 year of clinical leadership experience, and strong communication skills to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling as required/preferred.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
• At least 1 year at BHR (preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of justice and crisis protocol and procedures, Crisis Intervention Model, and the DSM-V.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide protocol support, live call assistance, and case consultation to JCRU clinicians.
• Coordinate Clinical Consultant On-Call Calendar with licensed staff assistance.
• Ensure new Clinical Service Team employees receive training and demonstrate needed skills.
• Provide and document performance feedback via coaching, reviews, and goal setting.
• Conduct JCRU check-ins via Teams at shift starts and ensure timely coverage.
