Helping Hands Family - Autism Services is looking for a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join their team in Reading, PA. In this role, you will deliver high-quality ABA services to children and manage a caseload while supervising RBTs. Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the ABA field, with 2 years under BCBA license.
• ABA experience; RBT background is a plus for new BCBAs.
• Ability to work in a clinic-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
