Crossroads Inc. seeks a Clinical Lead to support the Clinical Coordinator in overseeing location-specific clinical operations.

You will assist staff with duties, manage client caseloads, and participate in treatment planning, crisis management, and discharge planning. You will also help coordinate care, review weekly progress, and support aftercare services while adhering to licensing rules and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Must have basic understanding of addiction and recovery concepts.
• Proficient in documenting in EMR and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain client caseload and complete required documentation timely.
• Assist in treatment planning, case load management, and discharge planning.
• Support staff with coordination of care and aftercare services.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and program activities.
