The ideal candidate holds NYSDOH licensure as a Certified Clinical Laboratory Technologist, a Bachelor's in a related science, and at least one year of clinical lab experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed in NY as a Certified Clinical Laboratory Technologist.
• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology or related science.
• One year of clinical laboratory experience (internship acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex lab tests and procedures.
• Ensure QC, instrument maintenance, calibration, and documentation.
• Review results, confirm accuracy, and report to EMR.
• Troubleshoot testing issues and communicate critical values per protocol.
• Assist in training new technologists and residents.
