Qualifications

• Must hold NY licensure or be eligible for full licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist in New York.
• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology or related health care discipline.
• Experience performing clinical laboratory testing in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing across assigned specialty areas using automated and manual methods.
• Analyze and interpret laboratory data to support diagnosis and treatment.
• Conduct quality control to ensure reliable results.
• Collect, process, and handle specimens per procedures and quality standards.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to staff and students.
• Utilize laboratory information systems to document and report results.
