Qualifications

• License to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist in NY or eligibility for full licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology.
• Experience conducting clinical laboratory testing in a healthcare setting desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform automated and manual laboratory testing across assigned areas.
• Analyze and interpret laboratory data to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Conduct quality control to ensure accurate results.
• Collect, process, and handle specimens per procedures and quality standards.
• Review work of staff and provide technical oversight.
• Utilize laboratory information systems to document and report results.
• Assist with training and mentoring laboratory employees and students.
• Support development and improvement of procedures and workflows.
