Qualifications

• Baccalaureate Degree in Medical Technology, Medical/Clinical Laboratory Science, or health related field.
• Completion of a clinical laboratory training program is required.
• Must have working knowledge of testing methods, instrumentation, and principles relevant to assigned work areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform STAT and routine clinical laboratory testing on specimens using manual and automated methods.
• Report accurate results in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses and other staff to ensure testing availability and results understanding.
