Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to perform high-complexity testing and analysis of clinical specimens, supporting accurate diagnosis and patient care with timely results.

Shifts include Wednesday-Saturday 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM or Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM. You will operate analyzers, ensure calibration, review results, and maintain LIS documentation in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist preferred (ASCP/AMT or equivalent).
• 1–2 years clinical chemistry experience preferred; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized analysis on blood, serum, urine, and other body fluids.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot chemistry instrumentation with proper calibration and QC.
• Review and validate test results; resolve discrepancies promptly.
