Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience as a Medical Lab Technician preferred.
• MLT (ASCP) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital standards and promotes teamwork.

• Maintains QC/QA procedures and documents troubleshooting.
• Follows safety policies and uses PPE as required.
• Continuing education to maintain certifications.
• Collaborates with lab staff to meet workload demands.
