Qualifications

• 2+ years in roles with increasing responsibilities (lead technologist, etc.).
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Identify regulatory requirements to ensure CLIA, CAP and other rules are followed.
• Supervise laboratory staff and provide on-site consultation.
• Evaluate equipment and supply needs; manage budget.
• Review test volumes to ensure adequate staffing and turn-around times.
• Verify test procedures and maintain quality control and assurance.
• Ensure patient results are reported only after corrective actions.
• Conduct training and competency evaluations for staff.
• Maintain Quality Management System compliance.
