Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, or clinical laboratory/medical technology science is required.
• 4+ years of experience including high complexity testing in a clinical laboratory.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Identify regulatory requirements to ensure CLIA/CAP/OSHA compliance.
• Staffing, training, evaluating competency, and ongoing education.
• Oversee lab staff on-site and provide on-site consultation to personnel.
• Evaluate equipment and supply needs; manage budget and expenditures.
• Monitor test volumes and ensure proper staffing and turn-around times.
