Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to join the Seton Williamson team in Round Rock, TX. The role oversees day-to-day Corelab operations, ensures tests are performed accurately, and reports results promptly.

The supervisor will train staff, manage payroll-related tasks, and uphold quality control standards in a fast-paced laboratory environment. Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in chemical/biological sciences, have 4+ years as a technologist, and possess ASCP/AMT

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Chemical or Biological sciences, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology.
• 4 years of experience as a Technologist/Technician.
• ASCP or AMT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Corelab operations and ensure timely, accurate test results.
• Directly supervise, train, and mentor laboratory personnel.
• Monitor workflow and ensure proper staffing across shifts.
• Maintain quality assurance records and ensure compliance with CLIA/state regulations.
• Engage in process improvements and maintain equipment QC.
