Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or related field required.
• CA CLS license required; ASCP/NCA preferred.
• 1+ year of clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• Experience with laboratory safety and HIPAA compliance essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of clinical laboratory tests on various specimens.
• Prepare, label, transport, and store specimens with accuracy.
• Document results and report promptly to clinicians; ensure QA checks.
• Train and supervise trainees and clerks as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA and safety protocols; maintain equipment and logs.
