Responsibilities

• Analyze and prioritize work duties.
• Identify and solve technical problems during routine testing.
• Adhere to quality control policies and document calibrations and maintenance.
• Train and orient new employees and students.
• Review and resolve quality control problems with the supervisor.
• Perform high complexity testing and report results.
• Phlebotomy or front office assistance as needed.
• Provide accurate and timely test results and interpret findings.
